Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Accountable for monthly generation of Supplier Delivery Performance data, and deployment of individual supplier reports.
- Prepare and present monthly performance summary to senior leadership team.
- Handling supplier queries in relation to delivery performance reports and relevant compensation claims.
- Lead InFAST supplier training sessions in partnership with Domestic Supply Chain team.
- Accurately record adjustments to monthly compensation claims, and timely submission of final compensation claim amounts to the Accounts Payable team.
- With direction from the Analysis & Planning Manager, utilise regular reporting trackers on all forms of supplier income, including but not limited to markdown rebates, advertising subsidy, various automated agreements and time-based manual agreements.
- Support the EBC team on planning negotiation strategies to improve existing supplier trading terms
- Collaborate with Myer buying teams and relevant business stakeholders on supplier income related activities
As the Merchandise Analyst – Supplier Partnerships (known in our organisation as Merchandise Analyst – External Business Controls), you will be responsible for supporting the External Business Controls (EBC) team to deliver the Myer Merchandise strategy as profitably as possible. The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams to ensure all contractual agreements are documented accurately, and relative supplier income is collected accurately and efficiently.
