Are you a seasoned professional in category management and supplier negotiations looking to make your mark in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of our product assortment, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.
As a Merchandise Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our product success. You’ll be responsible for planning, procurement, and distribution, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our customers, retailers, and partners. You’ll have the opportunity to lead key category growth strategies, work with renowned suppliers, and bring innovation to life through private label strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Own wholesale supplier relationships and related income budgets while improving COGS and maximizing opportunities for our business, and that of our retailers and suppliers.
- Develop and deliver category ranges, pricing strategies, and promotional plans that align with strategic priorities across various channels.
- Work closely with suppliers to build strong relationships that lead to mutual growth and ensure high standards in delivery and quality.
- Utilize internal and external insights to fuel category growth and maintain our position as a market leader.
- Own the development and delivery of private label strategies that resonate with our customers and enhance relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct trading performance reviews, providing actionable insights to continuously improve sales performance.
You’re Likely a Match If
- Extensive experience in FMCG category management and promotional planning.
- A solid grasp of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of shopper behaviour and category trends, with demonstrated experience applying them to create compelling product offerings.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
