ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have a fantastic opportunity now available in our Macksville AgriSolutions Store for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, self-starter to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and build business partnerships with our customer base through the provision of sound technical advice.
  • Proactively source new customers to achieve branch KPI’s and sales targets.
  • Inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.
  • Processing of sales and generating quotes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strong customer service and sales experience.
  • Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft office, POS and administration skills.
  • Physically fit to perform the manual handling aspects of the role.
  • A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
  • Drivers licence essential.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to get one.
