Location: Cape Breton
The Merchandising Team at Acosta Mosaic is currently seeking dedicated Merchandisers to join our Reset Team. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not essential, equivalent experience will be considered and training will be provided. Our top clients are in the Cosmetic or Grocery sector, however, our team services a wide variety of clients in other industries such as consumer electronics, pets, accessories, and small appliances. As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients’ merchandising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with Store and Department Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Merchandising Experience: While preferred, it is not essential, equivalent experience would be considered.
  • Attention to Detail: Execute planogram changes accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Multitask effectively and comply with all deadlines.
  • Physical Capability: Our team frequently works in grocery environments that may require movement of large shelves and fixtures, as well as packing out cases of various grocery products, suitable candidate must be able to lift 30-50 lbs, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Enthusiasm: Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and open to change, as our team grows and takes on diverse clients. Applying previous merchandising experience to new client initiatives is crucial.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and oral skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Availability: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Driver’s License: Valid license with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Regional Travel: Comfortable with occasional travel within territory (up to 60 minutes).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using mobile devices and capturing quality work photos.
