Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management/Sales & Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG / F&B / consumer brands sector
- Key Account Management and expanding both B2B and B2C sales leads/channels eg: Supermarkets, F&B Chains
- Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales performance data and understand consumer retail trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stake holders and external suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, or Data Query/Analytics tools will be advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management, Sales Business Planning & Analysis Sales Data and Competitors Actions
- Role involves strategizing to boost sales, profitability and brand presentations for both B2B and B2C for supermarket/food service sector
- Responsible for planning, set pricing, promotions, and analyzing sales to maximize profits while staying competitive, adjusting markdowns as needed to minimize excess inventory
- Optimize product sales by forecast/plan seasonal assortments across the network and conduct post-sales analysis
- Organize campaigns and displays to attract customers and boost sales, collaborating with marketing teams for effective implementation
- Review, analyze and monthly report on current product ranges sales performance and profit margin
- Use analytics tools to present reports, provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making
