MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR: £12.49 RISING TO £13.00 PER HOUR.

Starting salary equivalent of £22,731 rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime.
Here at Dunelm, our Merchandising Supervisors are at the very heart of our stores. Always putting customer experience first, they take ownership of store standards and the overall visual aspect of store. They work with their Deputy and Store Manager to ensure the store trades to the best of their ability, Merchandising Supervisors can also be responsible for team briefs, key holding and rotas when called upon.

• You will be responsible for the set up and task management of campaigns throughout the year, including seasonal promotions and sales.
• Working with your Deputy Store Manager to identify sales opportunities and have a keen eye for Merchandising.
• Working with the Stock and Delivery Supervisor to deliver strong store standards.
