We are in a growing phase of massively increasing supply by increasing our merchant base and are on the lookout for a Merchant Onboarding Manager to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
CDON onboards merchants mainly from Europe and China. You will represent CDON Group’s marketplaces CDON and Fyndiq. Through our merchant acquisition channels via partners or direct acquisition sales, you will onboard interested merchants who want to become merchants to our marketplaces. Onboarding includes checking applications (approval), registering approved merchants (creating accounts, KYC) and then making sure the merchants start to upload products on the marketplace, and can start their successful journey together with us.
You need to control, verify, and follow up with all merchants professionally and efficiently to ensure they are onboarded quickly and that strong relationships are established.
As Merchant Onboarding Manager you report to the Chief Supply Officer (CSO). You belong to the Merchant Acquisition department and will work in relevant group constellations according to our agile organizational structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MERCHANT APPLICATIONS INCLUDES
- Manage application form and gatekeeping where you get to approve or decline applications
Veirfy Credit check of eligible merchants
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MERCHANT REGISTRATION INCLUDES
- Manage registration form and KYC check of merchants (VAT, ID, Company information)
- Manage merchant account creation followed by onboarding information and help center information
- Manage Reclaimit account creation (Customer service portal)
- Leading merchants through the onboarding process
- Assist your department with new Key AccountsAct as a bridge between the Merchant Acquisition department and Merchant Success department and work closely with stakeholders at CDON

- You will work with and suggest improvements to existing processes and systemsYou will be managing Airtable (existing onboarding CRM) maintenance meanwhile having a future CRM focus
