Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking to hire a Merchant onboarding specialist who will be in charge of onboarding and servicing key accounts of Merchant Services Enterprise. Acquiring Advanced Services requires people with high engagement from a customer service standpoint and strong analytical skills.
This is a key role within operations, in a team of professionals. You’re our ideal candidate if you have the right ‘Can Do’ attitude and act as ambassador for our organisation with a proven customer support experience. In this role, you’ll report to the Customer Services-organization in the Enterprise Go-to-Market division.
We are building a new team and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us. We are committed to providing end-to-end products and services to our merchants within the agreed timeframe and quality standards. The team will be responsible for merchant onboarding and database management, working closely with the Customer Experience Center- teams. We are a globally minded team with a FinTech atmosphere, and we are excited to welcome new joiners who will help us establish our knowledge and expertise.

SKILLS WE’D LIKE:

It would be great if you have the following skills, too:

  • An understanding of our company’s offering, particularly in the area of acquiring
  • You have a validated understanding of Sales Force or JIRA, Service Now, Webfocus or Oracle

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard products and services in our contract management systems: Oracle, IPASS NV, SCS,..
  • Ensure our merchants are onboarded within the compliance and risk guidelines. Ideally, you have prior knowledge of these guidelines and is able to work accurately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate tasks to our offshore partner and follow up on their on time delivery within quality standards
  • Perform quality controls and report on them
  • You find ways to automate or improve procedures
  • Activate participation in project calls to share expertise and estimate impact on our operations
  • You test new products and services
  • You help identifying training needs and organize briefings to meet quality standards
  • Manage and monitor issues in collaboration with IT teams and Delivery Performance.
