Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Level 8 or equivalent).
  • Manufacturing Execution System platform experience required (Syncade, PharmaSuite, Pas-X) Computer Systems Validation in cGMP regulated operations experience
  • No-Code/Low-Code Platform Experience: Proven experience with no-code/low-code development platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, or similar tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Javascript, CSS, and HTML to customize and enhance no-code/low-code applications as needed.
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Digitise Manual Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to transition paper forms and checklists to digital formats, streamlining data collection and processing.
  • Create Requirements Document: Develop comprehensive requirements documentation to guide the design and development of digital solutions.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Demos: Build and demonstrate rapid prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve solutions.
  • Develop MVP Incremental Apps: Utilise no-code/low-code platforms to create and iteratively enhance Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) tailored to business needs.
  • App Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the apps developed, ensuring they remain functional and effective.
  • Collaborate on Standardization: Work with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to ensure that applications adhere to standard practices and guidelines
