What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Metadata Assistant. The primary role of the Metadata Assistant is to ensure our movies have the metadata quality and coverage needed to offer the best-in-class customer experience. You will collaborate with international teams to monitor, curate, and enhance the quality of our content library’s tags and metadata. Such as examining, amending, and adding detailed information to the organization’s whole asset collection according to an established approach.

• Watch every movie we make with a critical eye.
• Add tags to every movie according to our tag schema.
• Verify tagging accuracy, ensuring it meets the provided standards.
• Create, edit and update metadata tags according to industry and social trends.
• Generate ideas to help us improve how we tag content.
• Work and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
