Description:
As Junior Global Brand Manager for Metaxa, you will help to develop, implement and optimize the marketing plan as brand owner. You will get involved in multiple activities including product development, activation tools and off/on premise activities, digital support.
In this role, you will contribute to drive business growth under the responsibility of the Global Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:
Product development & Innovation
- Support on the product development (packaging revamp) together with the Marketing director
- Create 360 activation plan according to new launches: tools kit development (shoots, press release, off/on trade activations, merch, POS, serving rituals…)
- Develop Value added pack offer tying to the METAXA platform, ensure markets ‘commitment, create BTL assets to support each launch.
Off & On Premise Activations
- Develop a new edition of our core on-premise advocacy program with a new concept and clear guidelines for markets. Monitor the organization of this yearly global event.
- Enrich global off and on guidelines and create new materials focusing on the experience we offer and communicate the brand message
- Update the POS library with key elements for markets to order
Digital
- Develop content that can be reused beyond digital in BTL or OOH (shooting brief, shooting coordination)
- Monitor the editorial calendar across platforms (Seasonal activations, always-on, hero content…) and update the website on a regular basis
- Work closely on analytics (Sprinklr, lookar studio, Power BI, Google analytics) to build monthly reports together with the agency
Lead consumer research & market data analysis
– Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive landscape
– Analyze consumer insights, market data and industry reports
Manage A&P budget, phasing and stocks, along with deadlines & schedules
