Description:
Founded in 2022, Ventus Technologies is set out to provide high resolution weather data, specifically curated to optimize mobility applications. We believe that with better weather forecasts, we not only enable the OEMs to improve EV customer experience, but also improve the scheduling of EV-fleets. Accurate weather forecasts can also improve the vehicle safety for commercial trucks and autonomous vehicles. We aspire to enable the future of mobility with a robust weather data infrastructure. Tasks
- Build and implement new features for our existing models, focusing on various weather and environmental parameters.
- Engage in diverse and exciting tasks related to the development of both physical and AI/ML models.
- Take full ownership of tasks, working independently and managing your assigned topics from start to finish.
- Lead and contribute to supervised data science projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code to ensure the reliability and scalability of data models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology/ Physics / Mathematics / data science / computer engineering …
- Strong experience in coding with Python
- Knowledge and prior experience in working with meteorological data
- Motivation and enjoyment of continuous learning
- Passion for building customer-centric technological products
- Fluent in English
