Bluecurrent has an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to join our fantastic team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will have previous leadership experience at an operational level, ideally 2+ years. You will have strong planning, performance analysis and reporting experience and coming from a contact centre enviornment is highly desirable.
You will be self-driven, motivated, and organised with a problem solving, continuous improvement and growth mindset. Additionally, your communication, relationship building and influencing skills will be excellent with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with all stakeholders.
