This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the most iconic transport networks outside of London, managing the daily operational performance delivered to customers for Metrolink within Greater Manchester.

We are seeking an individual who can work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives to continuously improve fare evasion on the network and make difference.
In this role you will monitor Revenue Protection contract compliance, oversee rolling annual revenue protection plan and work with the operator on integration of these into activity on the ground.
