Operation Follow up

  • Follow up of open points of previous closures regarding Dry Components Cost, Liquid Cost en Profit results reporting
  • Prepare weekly Process Order review files for TPOs

Lead weekly meetings with TPO Production Analysts to review issues on Process Order records

  • Review weekly PPV Reports to look for possible issues regarding purchase order or prices
  • Review Toll Manufacturing operation to assure financial postings for GR, GI and IR

Pre Close Analysis

  • Lead monthly Preclose Agenda for liquid and Dry Component with Mexico BPs: Generating Preclose landing files vs LE for Liquid and Dry Components.
  • Coordinate review meetings with BP on the Market. Follow up open points from te session to raise risk and opportunities facing the closure

Period Closing and Financial Results

  • Review month end closure of Material module for TPOs: Including process order closure, STOs, Write off and any other material related movement until last working day of the month for TPOs.
  • Generate Manual journal postings needed for Material Ledger Run and Allocations for Scorecard reporting
  • Update Closure FP&A File (Flash OP) for download actual results during closure and reviewing possible issues before GL closure.
  • ML Run and Analysis: Monthly analysis of variations against standard cost and ML posting. Control C0207 - provide variation analysis by SKU with commentaries and needs for adjustments. Support on ML Run on WD1
  • Generate Closure files for Actual cost analysis for Liquid and dry component. Coordinate review meetings with Market BPs and look for the drivers of the principal variations on month result vs LE.
  • Generate Recovery analysis file by cost line (Liquid, Dry components, ovh, Move) and by brand for bottling profit per case exercise
  • Generate Cost per case report by Variant during month end closure

LE Generation and Analysis

  • Generate YTG and FY analysis recovery file by COGS line (Liquid, Dry components, ovh, Move) and by brand for bottling profit forecast exercise
  • Support conversations on profit forecast, raise risks and opportunities

Support to FC

  • Audits Support: Provide evidence as required and support audit points regarding COGS reporting and variations

Projects

  • Participate actively in the planning process provide insights and raise risks
  • Key user for UATs testing of expansion projects and support for project managers
