HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support to Managers, Supervisors, and associates. This position will use good judgment in solving problems and prioritizing workload while acting as an information resource to mill personnel on matters relating to payroll, personnel, and day-to-day operations of the mills. The Coordinator is responsible for getting shipments out to our customers and is responsible for daily payroll and production control.

  • Provide Administrative Support to Supervisors, Management Team, and Associates.
  • Daily Production Reporting – generate production reports for accounting, production control, and shipping through the consolidation and summarization of figures received from the mill supervisors.
  • Maintain the payroll for mill personnel by ensuring all employee-related data is up-to-date and accurate so employees are paid correctly for their hours and positions worked.
  • Work with Shipping, Quality Assurance and Customer Relations Administrator to make sure all shipments ship on time and accurate paperwork is attached to each shipment.

Responsibilities:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE THAT MATTER MOST FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Associate Degree in Office Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proven competency with personal computers and skill in spreadsheet software.
  • Above average ability to prioritize tasks for self and managers/supervisors.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy in sensitive situations.

Desired:

  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in secretarial, administration and office management and a minimum of five years in the administration of support for administrative management/supervision activities.
