Requirements:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Management
  • Fifteen or more (15+) years’ experience in Project Management
  • Five or more (5+) years’ experience managing large Dept. of Defense programs
  • Five or more (5+) years’ experience managing Technical Instructions (TIs)
  • Five or more (5+) years’ experience performing cost estimates
  • Five or more (5+) years’ experience managing a large C6ISR technical team including status and budget reports
  • Five or more (5+) years’ experience managing contracts/task orders with sub-contractor(s)

Description:

  • Leading and guiding multiple teams providing engineering services to numerous systems
  • Installing common Lean Agile practices across all teams
  • Establishing and maintaining sound engineering, integration, testing, and maintenance practices for all systems through a process-driven mindset
  • De-conflicts resources and removing impediments for multiple cross-functional teams
  • Attending weekly and daily customer meetings making innovative recommendations for their issues
  • Building and maintaining resource loaded project schedules for all projects
  • Interviewing and hiring technically skilled individuals who fit well within the team environment
  • Growing and developing the team’s technical and leadership skills
