Description
The Manager, Employee Communications helps to develop internal communications strategies and execute communication activities to advance the company’s business goals and corporate culture, with special emphasis on optimizing our communications channels including the company intranet. This position will work as part of the broader Internal Communications team to ensure our global employees feel connected to what is happening at the company and understand the important role they play in shaping our success,

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our SharePoint-based intranet, including ensuring an effective and engaging content and design strategy, leading a global community of content owners contributors, measuring site performance, staying up-to-date on new trends and functionality to optimize the user experience and liaising with our technology team and third parties to implement enhancements.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of our employee communications program/channels and exploring new channels/formats to engage with employees.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies to support business division heads in driving alignment and achieving results. Proven ability coaching/advising executives and other stakeholders on communication efforts.
  • Support execution of global employee communications content strategy through the creation of high-quality written and digital/video content across communication channels to promote the company’s business and culture initiatives and keep employees informed and engaged. Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of communications projects, while being responsive to multiple audiences and stakeholders.
