This job manages individual projects for iO products and assumes responsibility for new development and existing production support; manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and management of all aspects of a project life cycle; provides mentoring and coaching associated with performance development and project management; and makes decisions that influence the project on a large scale.

EDUCATION

Required – High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required – Seven years of related healthcare or project and team management experience including two years in a supervisory/management capacity
