MGSE & Tooling Engineer

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to deliver multiple tasks to set time frames with minimal supervision
• Ability to organise and manage own workload
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Degree/HNC or equivalent in an Engineering related discipline or sufficient relevant experience.
• Appreciation of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment and/or Precision Tooling manufacture and supply.
• Time served in engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers, ideally the Space/Aerospace industry, however other manufacturing sectors or general mechanical / project engineering backgrounds can be considered.
• Experienced in technical documentation writing
• Ability to learn and use company systems and software including standard Microsoft office products.
• A good understanding of MGSE and close tolerance tooling manufacture and design philosophies
• Experience of PDM systems, such as Windchill
