MHE TRAINER

• We are looking for an MHE Trainer / Instructor to join our operations team at Buy It Direct
• You will be based at our Huddersfield site, but travel will be required to our other sites including Castle Donington and Elland.
• This role will provide training to all shifts AM / PM and Nights
• Salary £30,000

• Completing / supporting site inductions of MHE / Manual Handling for all FTE / Agency staff
• Training all MHE staff to use the FMS system (Fleet Management System)
• Promoting a Health & Safety culture through all training and communications
• Supporting the completion of Risk Assessment (RA) / Safe Working Practices (SWP)
• Providing a consistently high level of technical skills / process training through a variety of delivery methods.
• Continuously looking for ways to ensure that training is delivered in an engaging, interactive, manner.
• Ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded in line with company policy ensuring that training files are maintained in line with legislation.
• Liaising with Operational management to ensure that all site training requirements are covered.
