Description:

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a MHE Trainer to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- To conduct and deliver training for warehouse operatives on various MHE equipment, including but not limited to Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, and other site-specific equipment.
- To ensure that all employees are comprehensively trained and qualified to operate works equipment
- Promote safe working practices, coach students and colleagues on safe behaviors and best practice while operating MHE or performing processes
- To ensure all employees are fully trained and refreshed in line with the company and legal standard
- To Maintain training matrix and asset register
