Job Title:Senior MI Analyst
Job Summary:
As a Senior MI Analyst at Beazley, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven strategies, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Your expertise in managing and interpreting data will be crucial in providing actionable insights that drive business improvements and inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with COE’s, including; HR Business Partners, Reward, TA, operations, and Learning Partners to refine data requirements and deliver standardized reports that highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Data Storytelling: Transform complex data into clear and informative stories that offer actionable insights. Tailor data requests to meet business needs, whether at a board level with CPO or supporting HRBP’s with specific business requirements.
Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely, and standardized business reports from various systems for ease of use by partners, COE’s and business leaders.
Collaboration: Work with HRBPs, Learning Partners, and other stakeholders to identify their reporting needs, refine requests, and provide valuable insights.
System Data Management: Manage and integrate data across systems to ensure consistent reporting, primarily using Power BI.
Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process enhancements to improve the accuracy, impact, and usability of reports.
Market Intelligence: Provide analytics and market insights to support business needs, including recommendations for reporting.
Reporting roadmap: Develop a roadmap with key HR leaders regarding the timing and scope of additional phases to enable more advanced reporting and support strategic/advanced analytics.
Data led thinking: Identify opportunities to integrate information and insights into the daily support HR provides to the business.

Personal Specification:
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with Workday is a plus; experience with Oracle is being phased out.
Strong ability to work with data across multiple systems and provide standardised, consistent reports for business partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple, understandable way.
