As an MI Reporting Quality Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution focused on delivering comprehensive reporting and management information (MI) products and services. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports that support key decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the Advanced Analytics team, to enhance data quality and automate reporting processes. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships and maintain high standards in report delivery will be critical to the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing, coordinating, and maintaining multiple MI report products for key stakeholders
  • Acting as a liaison between control owners, metric production teams, and the business to ensure effective reporting
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality of published reports
  • Building and maintaining an MI knowledgebase on key controls, data documentation, business processes, and team expertise
  • Coordinating the daily work and quality assurance of the MI team
  • Supporting the report production process in any capacity necessary
  • Collaborating with the Advanced Analytics team to drive automation and improve data quality
  • Providing consistent commentary with a business focus to support metrics across the organization
  • Feeding MI into Group Risk Appetite Measurement to align with the organization’s goals
  • Maintaining strong relationships with global stakeholders within technology and the business

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong observation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience building and maintaining reports using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel macros and advanced formulas
  • Experience with report creation automation or data processing automation
  • Project Management or Business Analysis experience for organizing and maintaining workflow
  • Experience working in reporting teams, particularly in international environments
  • Technical writing and report authoring skills
  • A team-oriented mentality with the ability to work independently to high standards
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data and reports
  • A good understanding of how data works and its impact on business processes
