Taches principales: Sous la direction du superviseur de laboratoire

• Effectuer une variété de procédures avec précision et efficacité ,conformément au règlement interne ainsi qu’aux bonnes pratiques de laboratoire.
• Effectuer des analyses microbiologiques sur des produits cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques tel que Challenge test , compte total microbien …
• Préparation des milieux de culture et solutions .
• Effectuer l’entretien régulier des équipements de laboratoire selon les procédures établies .
• Faire les contrôles environnementaux et effectuer différentes taches d’entretien du laboratoire .
• Maintenir le stock des réactifs et matériel de laboratoire en faisant les contrôles et commandes nécessaires .
• Recueillir , interpréter et enregistrer les résultats d’analyse et générer les rapports et certificats d’analyse .
• Participer au maintien des Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire ainsi qu’aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication.
• Effectuer toutes taches connexes demandées par le superviseur .

MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITY :

• DCS (Diploma of College Studies ) or equivalent diploma in microbiology, biochemistry or related
• Bachelor’s degree would be an asset .
• At least one (1) year of experience in an equivalent position
• Experience in quality control and quality regulatory systems
• Experience with ISO 9001 and USP standards an asset.
• Proficiency with data entry and computer applications .
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Ability to effectively manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Team working.
• Required languages : French and English

• Practice and perform, under the direct supervision of a Laboratory Manager, a variety of laboratory procedures with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the regulations and internal procedures.
• Perform a variety of quantitative and qualitative microbiological analyzes on cosmetics products and drugs such as: Challenge test, bacterial identification…
• Preparation and sterilization of media and solutions needed.
• Maintain competence in the receiving, handling, processing, identification, recording, labeling and dispatch of specimens for laboratory testing.
• Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning, or sterilizing according to GMP planning and GLP .
• Make the environmental monitoring according to GMP and keep the laboratory clean and tidy .
• Assist in maintaining inventory control to ensure availability of adequate reagents and supplies.

Record and compiled test results, prepared graphs, charts and reports.

• Following all aspects of the Quality System and GMP procedures and GLP and any related task .
