JOB DESCRIPTION
Change Champions is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Adoption & Training Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will mainly work with our customers to help them create strategies to roll out Microsoft 365 products and support them through execution. We are looking for a proactive individual with proven experience in consulting who is passionate about productivity and collaboration technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of experience in consulting or comparable role in an organization.
- Passion and experience working in a fast-paced environment where you work on several projects at a given time.
- Demonstrated experience running projects, keeping track of tasks, and supporting customers with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience developing communication plans and writing project communications.
- Demonstrated experience delivering online technology training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for workplace/productivity technology tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, creating or managing SharePoint Intranets, OneDrive, Planner, Copilot, etc.).
- Interest in cybersecurity awareness and helping people learn to be secure online.
- Excited about the possibility of working remotely.
- Comfortable working for a boutique consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE

- This is a remote role; you must reside in Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategies and plans to drive adoption of technologies (mainly workplace technology but sometimes other technologies) in organizations.
- Develop strategies and plans to drive cybersecurity awareness in organizations.
- Identify change impacts and prepare plans to help people embrace the changes in technology (e.g., communication plans, training plans, champions plan, etc).
- Deliver online training for tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Viva, and others in the Microsoft 365 stack, and occasionally, other topics (e.g., security awareness, governance). Training could be for end users and key users such as Service Desk.
- Manage our SaaS platform for Microsoft 365 adoption on behalf of clients.
- Manage our SaaS Cybersecurity Awareness platform on behalf of clients.
- Document, gather, and report on adoption metrics to demonstrate value.
