Responsibilities:
- Implement Microsoft Copilot for M365 for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.
- Deliver Microsoft Workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoC) in various areas
- Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff, to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.
- Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration “as-built” documents.
- Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping related activities.
- Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.
- Attend company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one touchpoints with management.
- Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.
