Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Office Automation Expert to design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate will help us optimize workflows, integrate systems, and eliminate inefficiencies in laboratory and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize automation workflows using Power Automate
Create custom business applications with Power Apps
Design and manage document workflows in SharePoint
Implement Teams and Outlook automation for streamlined communication
Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with external systems and databases
Troubleshoot automation issues and refine existing processes
Provide documentation and training for implemented solutions
Qualifications
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 automation, particularly with Power Automate and Power Apps
Strong understanding of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive integrations
Experience with Dataverse, SQL, or API integrations is a plus
Ability to design scalable, efficient workflows tailored to business needs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills for documentation and user training
