• 4+ years technology experience in IT Operations roles
• 4+ Years working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• 4+ Years of Active Directory/Azure
• 4+ Years of 3rd level support
• 4+ years of managing Vendor Managed Solutions/Services.
• 4+ Years of Project Management

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• MCSA:Productivity and MCSE:Productivity are a plus.
• Good knowledge on Cloud based services. (SAAS)
• Advanced understanding of Power Platform
• Good understanding of SharePoint/Onedrive
• Scripting/Automation (Graph API, Windows PowerShell)
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 eco-system
• Working on robust hybrid environments
• Good understanding of Active Directory, multi domains, multi-forests, DNS infrastructure and topology
• Good knowledge of computer infrastructure (hardware, databases, Operating Systems, Lan, Wan, etc.)
• Good working knowledge and experience with PowerShell ISE and other scripting languages, plus automating tasks
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and standards. Preferably ITIL certified.
• Advanced understanding of the function desktop/laptop/server and software. Capable of advanced configuration or troubleshooting of endpoints
