Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:
We’re looking for a motivated Consultant to join our team and help guide our customers through adopting Microsoft 365 applications and services. If you have a couple of years of experience in technology adoption or training teams and are passionate about helping people embrace new technology, this is your role. You will be part of a dynamic team, working with a variety of clients to improve their use of Microsoft 365.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform is a plus. Given our current focus on Copilot projects, having experience with Copilot is highly desirable, but we can also deliver training to help you become proficient.

What we need to see from you:

• 2-3 years of experience with technology adoption or change management OR training delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Great communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills to map customer needs to product capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with organizational change and technology adoption.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Czech

• Work with clients to build effective adoption plans that match their business goals.
• Lead initiatives to drive Microsoft 365 adoption through creative communication and training campaigns.
• Develop activities that boost user engagement and utilization of M365 apps.
• Establish good relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with our sales teams to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Stay ahead of the latest Microsoft products and continuously develop your skills.
• Engage in numerous Copilot projects, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
