We are looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant in Singapore to support our client (work location in Jurong):
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, focusing on troubleshooting and customization.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and architecture.
- Experience with customization tools such as AL language, Visual Studio Code, and Extensions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies.
- Experience with integrations and data migrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance and Operations, Sales).
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Provide timely resolution of support tickets and system inquiries.
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and functionalities.
- Design and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance of implemented changes.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
