We are looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant in Singapore to support our client (work location in Jurong):

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, focusing on troubleshooting and customization.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and architecture.
  • Experience with customization tools such as AL language, Visual Studio Code, and Extensions.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies.
  • Experience with integrations and data migrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance and Operations, Sales).

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Provide timely resolution of support tickets and system inquiries.
  • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and functionalities.
  • Design and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance of implemented changes.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
