Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MDM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Collibra, particularly its Data Catalog capabilities, to help implement a solution that improves data quality through a data quality by design approach. This role involves leading the integration of master and transactional data, supporting decision-making in MDM operations such as change requests and deduplication, and providing dashboards and feedback loops to support data governance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality projects, with a demonstrated focus on data governance.
• Expert-level knowledge of Collibra, especially in setting up and managing the Collibra Data Catalog to facilitate enterprise data governance and analytics.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing data governance solutions, including the setup of data catalogs, data lineage, and data quality metrics.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and the ability to architect solutions that enforce data quality across the organization.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into Collibra-driven technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of MDG (Master Data Governance) tools and integration with Collibra for master data operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Collibra (e.g., Collibra Ranger or Data Governance certification) are highly desirable.

• Design and implement a comprehensive MDM platform leveraging Collibra’s Data Catalog, enabling enterprise-wide data governance and driving data quality improvements.
• Lead the development of data governance frameworks, to ensure seamless integration of master and transactional data.
• Support decision-making processes in MDM operations, specifically focusing on managing change requests, deduplication, and data quality by design initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, review existing data management solutions, and design solutions based on current standards, interfaces, and technology landscapes.
• Create and maintain the data catalog, ensuring that all enterprise data is governed effectively and accessible for business users and analytics teams.
• Develop dashboards and feedback loops to provide continuous monitoring and insights on data quality and governance.
• Drive the implementation of best practices for data quality management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and MDM governance policies.
• Provide expert guidance to teams in Collibra implementations, helping them fully leverage the platform’s capabilities for data cataloging, lineage tracking, and data discovery.Present solution architectures and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership and technical teams, offering expert insights into data management.
