About the Opportunity:
DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid Business Process Consultant to join us. This position will require the resource to be located in Monterrey, Mexico.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Process Consultant to support process modelling and analysis of the related processes
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Areas of expertise: - 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (DESIRED AND SOFT SKILLS):
- Strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools (preferably)
- Project Management experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.
- Experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.
- Experience in BIC Process design
- Social impact processes knowledge
- BPMN 2.0 Standard Knowedge
