ABOUT US:

If the answer is yes, you have come to the right place because we are looking for a Mid Freelance Digital Designer to join the Talk360 team, 2 days per week in-office, for 3 months (with a potential to extend)!

WHO ARE YOU?

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience with a similar client/ in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Strong foundation in design principles; typography, colour theory, alignment etc.
• Ability to conceptualise and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Able to quickly iterate and experiment with designs based on direct feedback from our marketing team.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Purpose driven; we are an international calling app, focussed on helping African Migrants stay in touch with their friends and family.
• You work organised and can organise a large library of design assets.
• Able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• We are looking for somebody to start before the beginning of August, 2024.

YOUR ROLE:

As a freelance Digital Designer at Talk360, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand’s purpose, values, and messaging. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven scale-up, creating designs that drive growth and success. You will help build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels for our South African team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You’ll be responsible for creating all social media assets - static, motion graphics, and videos - according to spec.
• Work within a cutting-edge growth marketing team in-office, to develop visuals for marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Create and deliver compelling visuals on brand, on time and within budget.
