Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our client’s dynamic team in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. The primary focus will be on researching and reaching out to prospects through various channels to generate interest and create opportunities for business growth.
LEAD QUALIFICATION:
- Evaluate the potential of leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Document and update lead information in the CRM system for easy tracking and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- From 2 to 4 years of proven experience in lead generation.
- Experience with high-volume of data for lead conversion.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Expertise with Excel.
- Knowledge in Social Media
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
- Currently living in Latin America.
