We are seeking a Mid-Level People / HR Data Analyst to join our team, primarily focusing on centralizing HR data from multiple sources and digitizing datasets to streamline operations and enhance data accessibility. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of data management and digitization processes, and experience with various data analysis tools and technologies.

What you will be doing:

- Data Centralization:
- Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
- Develop and implement data integration processes to centralize data into a single, cohesive data system.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness during the centralization process.

Digitalization of Datasets:
- Convert physical or non-digital datasets into digital formats.
- Develop and maintain digital databases, ensuring data is easily retrievable and secure.
- Implement data entry processes and tools to facilitate the digitalization of new data.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update the centralized data repository, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
- Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of the centralized data.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze centralized and digitalized data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with Data and other departments to ensure the smooth integration of data systems.
- Train and support team members on data access, usage, and best practices for data management.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data centralization and digitalization.
- B2/C1 English Level Proficiency
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong business acumen
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data integration techniques, and data governance.
Nice to have skills
- Research background
- Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific data regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in data management or analysis (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
