Responsibilities:
As a Founder’s Associate, you will be a strategic partner to our Managing Directors, driving key initiatives and contributing to the growth of the company. This role offers substantial growth potential and a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the start-up ecosystem and our company’s scale-up phase. You will play a crucial role as we progress through Series A and prepare for our first satellite launch this year. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Managing Directors to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and scalability.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our reach and impact.
- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Operational Support: Optimize business operations and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Communication: Prepare high-level presentations and reports for board meetings, investor updates, and other
- Event Representation: Experience attending events and representing our Managing Directors at a strategic level, with the ability to scope out opportunities and influence stakeholders.
Location – This position is based in Munich, offered on a hybrid basis requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in our Munich office.
