Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of professional development experience with front-end frameworks, particularly React and Next.js.
- Proficiency in HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next JS, React, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to write well structured, readable code.
- An eye for detail.
- Experience with CI/CD & Git.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration with Node.js and Express.
- Knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- UI/UX design skills or experience.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Front-End/Full-Stack Developer who thrives on variety and is happy to wear multiple hats.
As a key early team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the development of our platform. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end development, contributing to every layer of our tech stack.
This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact from the start, helping to drive our vision forward. Your ability to work independently, think creatively, and take initiative will be instrumental in building a platform that sets new standards in our industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain user-facing features.
- Develop on both frontend and backend.
- Optimise the platform for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues/bugs across the stack.
- Contribute with feature ideas.
- Contribute to the design of the platform’s user interface and user experience.
