MID-LEVEL GFE FINANCIAL ANALYST - POSITION DESCRIPTION
We have immediate hire openings for GFE Financial Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our PMS 377 Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), who wants to grow with the Company. EXPERIENCES:
- 4 to 10 years professional experience in the Business/Financial management field
- 7 or more years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience, particularly related to shipbuilding GFE financial management
- Desired Skill: SCN End Cost, execution management, contract reporting, draft farfs, pill issue papers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or related discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Individual provides GFE requirements analysis and execution support. Tasks include but are not limited to funding document preparation and tracking, execution report preparation and maintenance, financial reconciliation, and the coordination and tracking of 7300 forms and Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP) from the Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM). Will provide GFE financial input for briefings and reports. May assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits for GFE items.
- Responsible for the execution, monitoring and reporting of program allocated funds as directed by the Government, including analyses of the program’s financial status, health, and affordability. Will provide financial input for briefings and reports. May assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.
- Fund execution and management experience in ERP. Experience working with Shipbuilding and Conversion Navy (SCN) and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Navy (RDT&E, N) appropriations.
