Fusion Consulting is seeking a motivated and internationally experienced Project Manager to join our PMaaS team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid functional and technical understanding of the IT Applications tower and its sub-towers, including Data Center, Workplace, SAP, MES, and Cybersecurity. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in managing complex IT projects within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating strong collaboration with international teams and exceptional coordination and communication skills. While proficiency in German is advantageous, it is not essential for success in this role. A hands-on approach and a commitment to effectively working within cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Value Delivery: Lead projects with overall accountability for success, ensuring that value is delivered as expected.
  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, budgeting, scope management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Relationship Building: Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, coordinating with both Program Management and internal teams.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate the project team, providing technical direction and support as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and address key risks and issues to Program Management, the Central PMO, and the Steering Committee.
  • Conflict Resolution & Scope Change Management: Act as the primary contact for project escalations and manage scope changes in alignment with Program Management.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to Program Management.
  • Documentation Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to best practices in Project Management and GxP regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively as a team player, fostering collaboration within and outside the team.
