We are seeking a Mid-Level Python Developer with strong skills in document extraction. The primary responsibility will be developing and maintaining document extraction pipelines using LLMs to process PDFs and other documents from our customers. Your focus will be on developing customer-facing solutions.

Requirements

• Very good German and English language skills (C-Level) both written and spoken, for effective communication with customers.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, with an ability to write typed code and work effectively with LLMs.
• Knowledge of Pydantic 2 is essential.
• Previous experience or skills in document extraction and processing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• You reflect on your work to come up with practical improvements

• Develop and maintain document extraction pipelines for processing customer PDFs and other documents.
• Collaborate with customers to understand and translate their requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with our technical leads and Chief Scientist to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Write and maintain typed Python code, ensuring high-quality, well-documented solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within document processing tasks.
• Conduct thorough testing of document extraction pipelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on improving customer-facing solutions.
