Description:

The Restructuring & Insolvency group of Baker & McKenzie LLP seeks an associate with three to five years of experience to join our Miami or New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience working on in-court chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred but not required.

The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $260,000 to $365,000 annually if located in an office in the city of New York. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
