FinXL IT is currently seeking Junior and Mid-Level Technical Business Analysts to join our team at a prominent financial services organisation. As a Tech Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Analysing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborating with internal teams to define business requirements and technical solutions.
• Leveraging your expertise in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel Macros to automate processes, conduct in-depth data analysis, and deliver valuable insights.
• Communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Tech Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
• Experience in analysing large data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in Python (for analysing data), SQL, and Advanced Excel Macros.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges with creativity and logical reasoning.
• A team player with a passion for technology and continuous learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Use Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel to manipulate and analyse large data sets.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support business decisions.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of current systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders, to deliver solutions.
