Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in establishing and growing relationships with Mid-Market Accounting and Bookkeeping Channel Accounts across the UK, focusing on our OpenTax product. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals and driving long-term success with our partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the sales process end-to-end; from identifying opportunities, conducting product demos, to closing deals and securing lasting relationships.
- Customer Success Partnership: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and growth for customers in your portfolio.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Respond Promptly: Address enquiries from mid-market accounts both internally and externally with speed and professionalism.
- Build Relationships: Generate new partnerships with mid-market accounting and bookkeeping firms through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Drive Engagement: Educate partners on tax payments tracking and how our software can address their challenges, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with Growth & Product teams to share insights and suggest product enhancements that meet market needs.
