Title: Mid-Market Account Executive Sales Leader
Division & Department: Enterprise Sales

Reports to: VP, Sales – Acquisition
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States

JOB SUMMARY

The Mid-Market Account Executive Sales Leader will spearhead our strategic sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring and managing Mid-Market Accounts—organizations with 500 - 5,000 employees. This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through the effective management and mentoring of a team of Account Executives. The successful candidate will excel in developing and executing strategies to secure new business, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • 4+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years years of experience focused on acquiring and managing Mid-Market accounts.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working in subscription, SaaS, professional services, or learning and development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop customized solutions for large-scale clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at various levels of the organization.
    For location-specific compensation:
    California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $260-300k OTE, 50/50 split base/commission. Actual offer may be outside of this prediction and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
