Description:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will work with Mid market business clients in Malaysia (employee count of 50 to 500). You will provide them with the right Zoom platform solutions based on their business needs. You will engage with potential clients in Malaysia and in charge of end-to-end sales activities. You will report to a Mid Market manager in Singapore and work with the local team to drive the Zoom business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources and closing the deals to exceed sales and product objectives
  • Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address client’s needs
  • Developing new business opportunity and maintain business relation within existing accounts
  • Ensuring to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status on Salesforce (CRM)
  • Working with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Resolving client issues and escalate issues to manager
  • Conducting outbound sales activities which includes 40 cold calls daily, email campaigns, 2 Zoom Meetings to effectively close business
