You will work directly with our Mid-Market Businesses, building lasting relationships, understanding their growth goals and borrowing needs and helping them secure the funding they need to succeed and grow. HOW YOU WILL LEAD

• Engage with and build strong relationships with business owners seeking funding
• Meet and exceed sales goals, listen attentively to customer needs and overcome objections
• Prospect for leads and conduct live product demos tailored to the prospect’s specific needs
• Utilize CRM tools and create and follow a consistent pipeline strategy to convert prospects to buyers
• Develop expert level knowledge of the industry and competition in lending, merchant services and bill pay
