a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js | Typescript) to join our Tech team in Romania on a full-time employment contract (CIM). Whether you prefer remote or hybrid work (#LI-Hybrid), we’ve got you covered! If you’re excited about shaping and enhancing our frontend systems with React and JS, you’ll fit right in. You enjoy turning great UX/UI into seamless user experiences, designing and maintaining responsive front-end apps, and delivering features that users will love.
As a key member of our tech team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing our users with a smooth experience through innovative CARIAD/VW products.

YOUR PROFILE:

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll own your work and maintain high technical standards. We’re looking for someone who meets business goals and encourages knowledge-sharing & someone’s who fun to work with!

SUMMARY:

• Bring 4-5 years of React experience, coupled with a strong understanding of best practices and front-end architecture.
• Thrive in a start-up environment, with little hierarchy.
• Be a citizen or long-term resident of Romania.
• Our company’s language is English, which means you need to be able to speak and write it fluently.

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
• Embrace agile processes, focusing on valuable user stories and lean solutions.

Salary range: 12k-17k RON (net/month)
