Mid-Senior Lawyer - Your Role :
We are looking for a dynamic mid-level lawyer to join our growing team, specializing in corporate law and alternative investment funds. You will handle a diverse range of challenging cases, working closely with an elite clientele. Your mission will be to guide these clients through their strategic projects, offering top-notch legal advice tailored to their unique needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, yet independent setting, with the flexibility to balance professional ambition with personal well-being.

Mid-Senior Lawyer - Your Profile:

• You hold a CCDL and are registered on List II.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably gained through judicial training or as a practicing lawyer in a similar field.
• You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• You have a passion for business law, particularly in the areas of corporate law and alternative investment funds.
• You’re seeking a workplace where your dedication and expertise are recognized and rewarded.

Mid-Senior Lawyer - What We Offer :
