CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience as an SEO specialist;
• Basic CSS/HTML/JS knowledge;
• Familiarity with TOP SEO tools - Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO;
• Strong ownership of your work;
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools - GA4, Google Search Console;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to act on data;
• Attention to detail - we’re looking for an eagle eye here!
• Learning and acting fast - just to be able to catch up with SEO talents in our team;
• Demonstrated ability to continually learn and keep up with industry changes.

• Perform keyword research and develop related strategies for organic growth;
• Provide our internal teams with content alterations for keyword position improvements;
• Determine KPIs for each recommendation;
• Audit and monitor website SEO health with SEO tools to identify optimization opportunities and provide on-site SEO recommendations, from meta’s to structured data, content & website structure;
• Perform site audits for each deployment and work with the development team to solve issues;
• Work cross-functionally with Content, Design, Development, and Product teams to implement tasks and apply SEO best practices;
• Track, report, and analyze performance to measure impacts for different projects;
• Stay on top of industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
